luck93 Terms and Conditions — Platform Rules for Pakistan Players

By accessing luck93 and creating an account, you enter into a binding agreement governed by these Terms and Conditions. One account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold a maximum of one luck93 account. If you already have an existing account, you must not create a second account. Duplicate accounts identified by luck93 will be suspended and any bonus funds or pending withdrawals on duplicate accounts will be voided.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. luck93 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to protect your login details. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact support immediately.

luck93 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without providing a reason.

You must be a minimum of 18 years of age to register and use luck93. By completing registration, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

luck93 may request age verification documents at any time, including during the withdrawal process or at random during your account lifecycle. Accepted documents include government-issued photo identification such as a CNIC or passport. Until age verification is completed to luck93's satisfaction, withdrawal processing may be suspended.

All transactions on luck93 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfers, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. The availability of specific methods may vary and is displayed at the time of deposit.

You must only use payment methods that are registered in your own name. Deposits made using payment accounts belonging to third parties are not permitted. luck93 may request evidence that a payment method is owned by the account holder before processing a withdrawal to that method.

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the cashier.
• luck93 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits are generally credited instantly. Where delays occur due to payment provider processing times, luck93 is not responsible.
• Deposited funds that remain unplayed for an extended period may be subject to dormant account procedures as described in Section 11.

luck93 reserves the right to limit, decline or reverse a deposit if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or if the deposit method violates these terms.

Withdrawal requests can be submitted for real-money balances that are not subject to active wagering requirements. You cannot withdraw bonus funds directly — bonus balances must complete their associated wagering requirement before the resulting winnings become withdrawable.

Verification requirement: Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. This is a one-time requirement and does not apply to subsequent withdrawals once the account is verified, unless luck93 has reason to request further documentation.

Withdrawal processing times depend on your VIP tier:

• Bronze: Standard processing — typically within a few business hours
• Silver: Faster processing
• Gold: Priority processing
• Platinum: Same-day processing
• Diamond: Instant processing at any time

Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the deposit where possible. luck93 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not associated with the account holder's own verified identity.

luck93 reserves the right to apply enhanced verification to large withdrawal requests. This does not constitute a refusal — it is a standard due-diligence procedure.

All bonuses and promotional offers on luck93 are subject to individual terms which are displayed when the offer is claimed. These terms include wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits and minimum deposit thresholds where applicable.

Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they convert to real-money withdrawable funds. The requirement multiplier and eligible games are stated in each offer. Not all games contribute equally to wagering — live casino and sports betting contributions vary by offer.

• Bonuses are only available to players who have not previously held a luck93 account for welcome offers designated as new-player bonuses.
• One bonus per household, device and IP address applies to welcome bonuses unless otherwise stated.
• luck93 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or expire a bonus at any time, with notice given where practically possible.

VIP cashback is subject to its own terms as described in the VIP section and communicated through your account manager. Cashback is credited as bonus funds with a wagering requirement that reduces with each tier, as described on the VIP page.

Sports bets placed on luck93 are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body. For cricket, this includes the Pakistan Cricket Board, ICC and the PSL governing body. For football, the relevant national or international body's final decision governs settlement.

luck93 follows standard industry settlement rules for common situations:

• Match abandonment: If a cricket match is abandoned before an official result is possible, match winner bets are voided and stakes returned. Where a DLS result is declared, bets are settled on that result.
• Void selections in accumulators: If one selection in an accumulator is voided, the accumulator reverts to the remaining selections and odds are recalculated accordingly.
• Postponement: If a match is postponed beyond 12 hours of its scheduled start, bets are voided unless specifically rescheduled within the same competition window with luck93's advance confirmation.
• Obvious pricing errors: luck93 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were clearly published in error. Where possible, affected players will be notified before voidance.

Live in-play bets are accepted at odds displayed at the moment of placement. Odds change continuously during in-play events. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled by the player.

Maximum bet limits apply on certain markets and events. These are displayed at the point of bet placement. luck93 reserves the right to apply individual account limits without prior notice in cases of suspected irregular betting patterns.

All casino games available on luck93 — including slots, live casino tables, table games and crash games — operate using certified random number generator (RNG) systems provided by licensed game developers. Game outcomes are determined independently on each round with no connection to prior results or account history.

Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are set by the game provider and are consistent for all players regardless of stake size, VIP tier or account balance. luck93 does not alter game outcomes or RTP values.

In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, the round outcome is determined by the server-side result recorded at the time of the malfunction. If the result cannot be determined, the round stake will be returned to the player. Winnings are not awarded for incomplete rounds where the technical failure prevents result determination.

Game results displayed on luck93 are final once confirmed by the game server. Disputes about game outcomes must be raised within 30 days of the relevant game session. luck93 will review server-side logs to assess any dispute.

The luck93 VIP programme operates across five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Tier placement is automatic and based on cumulative wagering activity. All verified accounts are enrolled from the first qualifying wager.

VIP benefits including cashback rates, withdrawal processing priority and account manager access are reviewed and updated at the tier review periods. Bronze through Platinum are reviewed quarterly. Diamond is reviewed monthly. luck93 reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds, benefit values and review periods with reasonable notice to affected members.

VIP status is non-transferable between accounts. Benefits apply only to the account that has earned the relevant tier. Cashback payments are credited as bonus funds with wagering requirements as stated in the VIP section. luck93 does not guarantee that VIP tier thresholds or benefit values will remain unchanged indefinitely.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on luck93. Confirmed instances may result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Bonus abuse: Exploiting bonus structures through techniques such as low-risk balanced betting, bonus hunting across multiple accounts, or coordinated abuse between multiple players.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in poker or any game where player interaction affects outcomes.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, software automation or any non-human means to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Chargebacks: Disputing a valid deposit with your payment provider after the funds have been used on the platform. Chargebacks are treated as fraud and will result in immediate account suspension.
• Exploiting errors: Taking advantage of obvious platform errors, mispriced odds or technical glitches to generate winnings that would not have been available under normal conditions.
• Money laundering: Using luck93 as a vehicle for money laundering or any illegal financial activity. Suspicious financial patterns will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
• Third-party accounts: Allowing another person to use your account or using an account registered to another person.

luck93 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, including — but not limited to — cases involving breach of these terms, suspected fraud, incomplete verification, or failure to meet the minimum age requirement.

Where an account is closed due to a breach confirmed by luck93, any bonus funds, pending withdrawal amounts derived from bonus activity, and winnings generated during the period of breach may be forfeited. Real-money deposits not subject to active bonus terms will be returned via the original payment method after investigation.

Dormant accounts: An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity. luck93 may apply a small monthly administrative fee to dormant account balances after this period. Where a balance is reduced to zero through dormancy fees, the account may be closed. You will be notified before dormancy fees begin.

You may close your own account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary closure does not affect your obligation to clear any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds before requesting a final withdrawal.

luck93 is an entertainment platform. All games and sports betting carry financial risk. The platform does not guarantee winnings, and losing sessions are a normal part of gambling. luck93 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — affecting player rights, withdrawal processes or bonus structures — luck93 will provide advance notice via account notification or a prominent site notice.

Non-material updates such as clarifications of existing language, corrections of typographical errors or restructuring of section order may be made without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of these terms reflects the most recent revision.

Your continued use of luck93 after a revised version of these terms has been posted constitutes your acceptance of the new version. If you do not agree with any revised terms, you should close your account and withdraw your available balance before the changes take effect.
